We are partnering with LifeShare to host a blood drive here at Pleasant Valley Church on June 7th.

Click the button below to schedule an appointment to donate blood.

1. When you click the button, several time slot options will appear. Choose which works for you and click "schedule" on the right.
    
2. If you have never registered with LifeShare choose "First Time Donor". If you have, choose "Returning Donor".
    
3. Then simply fill in your name, email, and date of birth.
    
4. That's it! You're scheduled!
