Youth "Get Air" Trampoline Outing

When:  Friday, February 28th, 6:00- 10:00 p.m.

Arrive: 6:00 pm at PVC church for dinner, then depart for Get Air around 7:45 p.m.

Pick up: Between 10:00 p.m. and 10:15 p.m. at GET AIR

Cost: $20 per student - cost includes dinner at church and admission to Get Air Trampoline Park ***Student will need to bring money with them if they want to purchase snacks/drink at Get Air

Needed:  Activity form, Online Waiver for Get Air and Money due no later than Sunday, February 23rd

Please fill this waiver out prior to our outing. Your student cannot participate without it, and it must be filled out by a legal guardian, not a youth leader!
